Mattie Ross was the main character in the movie. She was an ass kicker and so is my Springer.;)

As it was a nice day yesterday I decided to take Archie a long walk,(Left Mickey at home as it would have been too much for him) I hadn’t done this particular walk for several years but remembered it was a fair hike

One of the many lochs i passed
    20190227_123842.jpg

Brought Archies bowl and bottle of water for him, although he preferred to drink from the burns (Streams)..which i was thankful as i ended up drinking his water as i was knackered! :(

Stopped of at a Bothy which was just over half way,i was so tempted to have a kip on one of the beds as i was shattered but i knew if i woke up when it was dark i'd be stuck there until the morning and i'd have search and rescue out looking for me.

It's a tradition to leave some food or drink at the bothy for some other weary travellers
I didn't hang about as i had about 7 miles to go:sob: and my body was already aching:tired_face:
