My new speed triple lasted a year and I fear the rocket will end up going the same way!

Just imagine that repair bill out of warranty

 

Does make you wonder - agree future repair costs would be extreem. Starting to wonder if my 2015 X was more sustainable.

 

I'm in agreement with yourself buddy, the older stuff was built so much better.

 

Hi Dili, Cerberus just arrived back from the workshop as we're speaking. Just got back in from checking him over. Everything has been sorted and tested no issues hopefully. Have to get in touch with Hinckley to request a report on the warranty repair etc,I'll sort that out on Monday. I'll be out tomorrow for a good run just to see myself if everything is working as it should be!! Fingers crossed . Let you know how it goes. Cheers mate.

 

Would you let us know what was done to your bike buddy, if this happens to mine its gone.

Check the fan loom as been routed correctly. A rider in New Zealand had repair - they routed harness wrong and the fan cut through harness...

 

I reckon I'm strong enough to pick 300kg up and Chuck it through the dealers window if that happened to me. ffs man.

 

I hope so dilli, as I've said before just imagine that bill out of warranty, I'd not be happy.
