Next Year's Gmu 2020

Bloody hell just been to update my diary and I start a cruise holiday on the 26th July, so I cannot make that weekend. If I remember back to when we booked, we did the last weekend in July because we have always done the GMU earlier. Maybe next year..

 

Understand the dilemma. I might be wrong but we have for all the previous GMU’s gone on the earlier weekend, which is why I booked my holiday at the end of July. If we have to go with the last weekend in July I will have to skip next years. I will be disappointed, but will have to respect the majority decision.

 

In my view you need to canvass opinion, as it stands only a small number have been on the forum this evening. I would suggest a poll and see where the majority are at.

 

The dates of the first GMU were 9th-12th August if I remember correctly and then for various reasons the dates have floated about during July.

Just so plans can be made accordingly, you thinking in any particular order of priority?

That’s right mate, I omitted the 2016 for the first GMU

 

I can’t make a decision til my cricket dates are given to me, but as far as internationals go I think I’m clear both those weekends although the first weekend I might not make it til the Friday

I think its time for me to meet you degenerates face to face. I cant say 100% I’ll be there due to work, but as of today I’m in, voted for either date. When the time comes to poop or get off the pot I’ll confirm either way regardless of work confirmation

 

Just get it booked the dates that suit you. I always book the dates that suit me, and as the only person getting off your arse to do this, its your choice.

Totally agree! Why faff around, unless it’s to get your post count up and DD reached the max ages ago! Yes I’d like to make it and so far I haven’t had to turn down too much work to do so. Just get on with it so we can book hotels at a cheap rate.
Erm the cost doesn’t really matter as I would pay anything to be in you guy’s company but can you get a move on
