    That's the one Littleade lovely bike the 2016 Thruxton R:) they seem to have that matt finish I just do not know how to polish this if you get a slight marking of the paint surface :(??

    This looks like a liquid spray cleaner that would not get rid of a light scratch to surface of paint.:(

    Thanks for the link a great place find cleaning products but could not see a polishing compound for removing light scratches from matt paint surfaces.

    It's not matt that's just the photo - this is the one I took out - beautiful deep silver metallic finish or in solid red. Them's the only two colours.

    Sorry about the confusion on matt finish:( I can see it gloss metallic and do like it in this colour:) its a shame they do not do them in matt:D:D

    Quick rub down with p800 wet and dry will sort it!:eek:

    I see what you mean crispey about the close up of tank it does look a bit of a orange peel look to it:rolleyes: that's why i thought it was matt paint:D
