    Oh Crispey
Went to the T120 and Thruston launch yesterday no test riding till next weekend. Me and Nikki had a good relaxed look around and what a looker that Thruxton is, even she said there is no comparision. In standard form the bar position is not too low, its just getting the feet position sorted for two. There must be a way to bring the rider foot peg forward. Two inches would be all I would need.If I do go for this I am asking the rep to speak to Triumph to see if the set up from the T 120 or street twin can be used or part of it. Oh and even in standard format it sounds nice.

Oh Will you stop it! The R looks so lovely in the flesh , so to speak. I didn't get to hear it running though. Would Mrs Pottsy be alright on the back tho? Its not a big seat for 2

Well its funny you should mention that as over the last 18 months she has lost a stone and a half which puts her in size 10 sort of area.Perhaps it is fate!!!!!! so lets just say she does not need as much room for the said arse as she once did.( should I have moved this bit to the chit chat section ) if I knew how.
Anyway did you have any thoughts on the rider peg position?

Yes this is the problem, I can take her out on the T 120 but the thruxton is not set up for two and they won,t set it up so I can only ride that one on my own, and the seat and pegs will not be here for about 6 weeks after I have brought the bike. The dual seat is already on back order. Obviously they are not going to get much call for a dual seat on a thruxton.

    Thanks Wayne
Lets hope that the Thruxton is like your sentence , poetry in motion, cos I have just found out that the T 120 that I might have been able to revert too has just been sold. And the dual seat is sold as a dual COMFORT seat in description.
