I bought the GSX at three years old in 1986. Late in that year I went to their workshop (very basic it was in those days) and they made up two sets of brackets for the bike as it was one they'd not got a kit for. They used one set as a master copy and I went back two weeks later and they swapped things out for a newly powder coated set. Great bunch of guys.

Honda MT5 early 1982, very similar to this muscle bike, even managed to seize it, I wondered what the 2-stroke oil was for, an expensive repair job taught me!!

First bike was a 50cc Suzuki M15 Sportsman.
Next came a Honda (my only Honda!) 154cc C95 which I passed my test on.
First big bike then followed - a Triumph 5TA Speed Twin.
The rest were mainly twins (one was of Bavarian manufacture, but I think I'm over that now!) and triples (2 stroke and 4 stroke) with a couple of exceptions, my only 4 cylinder bike being a Suzuki GS850G, and just to say I had one, a 6 cylinder beastie aka a Benelli 900 Sei, a smooth bugger with typical Italian suspension - sounded nice though!!:D

First bike I had was a Suzuki A100 in 1979.
Looked like it had been retrieved from a skip, but I suspect the skip was more reliable !

Could probably have bought a dealership if I hadn't spent the money on bikes.....

Yamaha DT50M. Most unreliable bag of wank I ever owned. After 1 1/2 years of breaking down it's final day had me pushing it home 7 miles, kicking it over in the drive and calling the scrap man to come get it out of my sight.

    First was a 1/2 share in a KX250 with a DT175 engine transplant.

First proper bike was a Honda VT125, great wee cruiser, build quality was excellent.

First big bike was a brand new 2010 SV650 Sport, fully faired in Black. 24k miles in 3 years, look like 4k miles when traded in. Fantastic bike, would have another.

First was CZ 250 Custom, was about 6 months old and cost me about ten shillings, and that was about nine bob more than it was worth - 6v electrics, pathetic lights, oval brake drums, Barum (Teflon) tyres - the list goes on.

First real bike 850 Commando Mk3.
