Brilliantly written film, humour just so hits my sweet spot. Think I bought this cheap on dvd from a bargain store, well worth the £1.

I took my son to watch Midway before it finished showing at the local Cinema a few weeks ago.
I thoroughly enjoyed it, almost as good as Hackshaw Ridge

I didn't like Dunkirk, the chronology was all over the place with flashbacks and forwards, several stories combining into one....nope

Midway, seemed factual enough, plenty of action and good story with decent special effects

I enjoyed the True Grit remake, just watched El Camino, the breaking bad movie... yeah, but more of the usual... a little predictable compared to the series, but enjoyable all the same

Just finished "The watchmen". Very entertaining. Bit weird, also. Jeremy Irons is brilliant in it.

And Brian Cant was a dude of his time...

this is his performance which is on Orbital’s interactive dvd “The Altogether” which is also a pretty cool purchase to own!

It may not be Metallica or a Radar performance... but they wanted an old school kids presenter performance

Watched "Rush" on DVD the other evening, the story of the rivalry between James Hunt and Niki Lauda, a great insight into both of them and to F1 of the era, well worth a watch.

Star Wars - The Rise of Skywalker. As might be expected a tour de force (pun very much intended!) for almost seamless digital effects but, in terms of a "story" - PAH! Who needs a story? You just need a good looking bird with a seemingly permanently affixed "determined grin through iron locked jaws and teeth" and who grunts a lot, to romp tirelessly through battlefields, fights and emotionally wrenching reveals to ermmmmm ..... 'entertain'? Yeah, right.

I'm a huge Star Wars fan but the jumps through time and space and the intricate weaving of backstory relationships is way too complicated for a simpleton like me. Add a massively overpowered soundtrack and some ridiculous dialogue and it all becomes a bit too much of a mess to be wholly enjoyable.

I'm rather looking forward to what looks like it will be a much simpler story from within the wider SW 'canon' - The Mandalorian

but it looks lke this might be restricted to a subscription channel. Looks good, though.

    Fuck off you nosy cunt
    The Accident Man.

Struggling to tell if it was a comedy. About a hitman who specialises in 'accidents'. Lots of choppy slocky, much death, and a Triumph to boot.

Still think it was a comedy.
