    Been out for a lovely run.

    Fair few bikes, but not crazy numbers, same with level of other traffic.

    But to 'working form home' tomorrow after taking a few days off, so defo had to go out today!

    Now to head off and watch the missus sail a dinghy while I sit ashore with a beer :)

    Went out for a lovely 105 mile blast yesterday with the OH and today went out At a far more sedate pace - my daughter is just learning to ride and it was her 3rd time out. The girl did good:blush::blush:

    There is a big exposed granite ridge running down our garden. Been scraping dead moss off it this afternoon. Lost my footing and landed in a heather bush. I'm OK, and the heather bush will recover.
