Amen to that. The strangest thing to me was the knee to knee sensitivity.
You are way over the worst. Just don’t let the stiffness beat you as it won’t leave on its own. Hopefully you are feeling more relaxed about things and that can only aid recovery.

Yeah its the discomfort/sensitivity in my knees and legs think its nerve pain that's stopping me sleeping tried all sorts of positions, pillows etc but if its playing up the only way i sleep is with the aid of morphine which i also dont like much...shame;)

Other than that i went from 70deg bend to 82deg in a week...will find out how much better I'm doing this Friday fingers crossed as every day is different.

Thought i would update this...well its nearly seven weeks since the opp and starting to feel a little more normal had quite a lot of pain up to five weeks but stopped the painkillers but was only sleeping for two hours at a time of a night but now starting to go through the night with only a couple of wake ups,

I wasn't to pleased with my flex progress and was getting lots of pain and stiffness but found it was down to too much exercises so cut right down and its been a lot better in fact i stopped all but the flex/movement stuff and i am now getting more than 90deg bend (gets checked this week at physio)

I still push it too much as i had to remove and erect a fence that went down so suffered from back knee pain for a few days but its looking a lot better through my eyes now ...continual pain and not being able to move too well gets to you after a few weeks but seeing the light at the end of the tunnel now.
