I think I've bloody worked it out!! Although I don't know what it is...

I found this (first photo below) with this 'socket' and corrugated tube....

That goes in to the ECM...see two following photos. It goes in to the bottom left (as you look towards the back of the bike).

This seems to be what that airbox outlet #D is for!

But...what does it do!!??

I'm guessing the ECM needs to know something about the airbox activities...or. Or is it simply to send a cooling draft to the warm ECM?

Or...am I totally wrong?
