Thanks, @Bad Billy for getting this thread started so we could wish DD a Happy Birthday. I'd have missed it otherwise. I'm trying to a habit of checking the day's birthdays on the Front Page each day. And clearly that habit has yet to "take". So thanks!

 

steak looked awesome, if it didn't moo when you poked it with a knife or fork, your good to go! BTW happy birthday.

My steak cooker, just char the fat on the edges, while it stands vertical, and let the flavors run down the faces of the steak. Perfect.

I have NO idea how I managed to miss that post from BB - though a busy day and evening with plasterer, plumbers and carpet fitters MIGHT account for some of my distracted attention? Nevertheless, hope you had a GREAT day, and are not too badly hung over this morning.
