I have run these type of do's for the SV650 forum, you will never keep all of the people happy. Whoever is bothering to get off their arse and organise, just decide what suits you best and do it. Them's that can make it will, and them's that can't, hopefully next year.
I know it's tough on some, but there's no way you can keep 20+ people from around the country (and france) happy, some will always have to work, or go on family holidays, etc. I might drop a hint that 1st 1/2 of August is better for me, but if it happens in June, I won't feel bad about it.
So just decide a date and a place. In the words of Kevin Costner - "If you build it, he will come"

Any days of the week will do me. I have some holiday booked, but if I can come, I will. The original June dates are fine for me as is any date in August. You may want to avoid the bank holidays to keep accommodation costs reasonable.

Same here, you're not going to please everyone.
    Go with the majority.
I've only got the 13th to 19th June booked at the moment but I also have to fit in around other people at work as it's a small workforce.
Book what's best for you and go from there. If I can't make it I'll try and get a day off just to say hello.

I'm booking my ferry tonight. I expect to be in Buxton on the Tuesday 9th in the afternoon and I'll be camping in or near Buxton.

Tuesday night will be the initial get-together where much bollox will be discussed. The Wednesday morning-ish will be the start of the first ride-out. For the campers I'll post my base camp and for the Bnb-ers can you base yourselves in Buxton?
