I am no football pundit. I'm barely interested in football as a whole...but watching this match (and others) it is shocking just how bad things have got... by which I mean how 'dirty' the play has become...and how it has become entirely acceptable.
dirty?...I had my nose broken and two teeth knocked out in the first 20mins of an amateur rugby match and completed the full 80 mins, our No 8 had most of his ear stitched back on at half time and also completed the match, I say most of his ear as we never did find all of it...
