Aye, Imagine a car with a long journey it gets dark so on go the lights, electric drain, then it rains "shit" better put the wipers on more electric drain the kids won't the radio on "bugger off" we won't get there with any more power drain

 

And it is winter, there is a snow blizzard and you get stuck in the middle of nowhere, and you have a choice of putting the heater on to stop the family from freezing or conserving the pitiful amount of power remaining in the batteries to attempt to reach safety when the weather improves

 

Apparently the batteries are not recyclable, anyone know more on this.

My neighbour has a model 3 performance edition. It actually snapped my head back into the seat.
Definitely the fastest car I have ever been in. At 53k irrelevant to me, but competitive against equivalent ice cars.

Agree with all the above. Styling wise that brake light over the back wheel would have to go. It looks gash to me!! A nice little sculpted in one on the end of the seat please. Power wise, it looks like a lot of fun!!!

Personally I’m not against Electric vehicles, but I won’t be jumping until I can do everything with an Electric powered vehicle that I can do with a petrol engine.

I have been considering an Electric Car, so I wondered about how I would manage if I was going on holiday and flying from Gatwick Airport. It’s to far to get there and back on a single charge, and as far as I can see there are no facilities to charge your car whilst in a long stay car park. So until I can reliably do a journey like that I will stick with Petrol/Diesel.

 

Lad who came to service my house alarm this week went to buy an electric vehicle and was actively put off by the salesman!
