Reminds me of a situation that cropped up 25/30 years ago. There was a scare about a particular strain of birth control pill, fueled by the witless media. Thousands of women stopped taking this particular pill. Hundreds and hundreds became pregnant and out of those scores died in childbirth. So scores died not taking the pill were perhaps two would have died taking the pill.

That's either Darwinism or the law of unintended consequence. Or both.

They're pushing the vaccine here really hard; PSA's on the radio stations at least four times an hour assuring the listeners that the pharmaceutical companies are actually clairvoyant, and have been working on these vaccine for decades, and that there have been tens of thousands of volunteers that have made sure that the vaccine is completely safe.

There are a number of warning signs as far as I'm concerned; signs that have been ignored, or that authorities have failed to address.
    1. The pharmaceutical companies developing these vaccines have (in the USA at least) been given legal protections from litigation should the vaccine kill people, or give them hideous side effects.
    2. The vaccine is free. If someone is giving away something for free, then YOU are the product. Why do they want you to have this shot so badly?
    3. The vaccine won't prevent you from getting the ChiCom flu.
    4. The vaccine won't allow you to travel freely or exempt you from further lock-downs.
    5. It won't relieve you from wearing your burka (I mean mask) in public.
    6. It won't relieve anyone from social distancing rules.
    7. This "vaccine" is actually an mRNA modifier as opposed to a traditional vaccine. Traditional vaccine introduce a small amount of the amino acid proteins responsible for the affliction into the body. The body detects these amino acids and mounts it's own anti-bodies to fight the infection. The mRNA modifier teaches your RNA to make the amino acid proteins themselves, which are then battled by your own body as it would if they were artificially introduced. This is the very definition of an auto-immune disease.
    8. I lived through the quack Fauci's AIDS scare of the late 70's early 80's (he predicted over and over that by the end of the 90's 85% of the world's population would be dead from or infected with AIDS). I'm not going to line-up to get an injection that will potentially give me AIDS (or a flavor of it). I believe he may still be trying to fulfill his prophecy.
    9. Should the vaccine give anyone a chronic debilitating side-effect or illness, you can bet that the cure won't be free like the vaccine was.
I simply see no benefit in a vaccine for an affliction that already has the same survival rate as the regular seasonal flu. I haven't had a flu shot since 1988, and I'll never have another; I won't have the ChiCom flu vaccine either. I'll continue to trust my God-given perfectly functioning immune system, thank you.

That's your opinion and good luck with it ...me I am not a believer in the conspiracy theories, so I have had one vaccine and will have the other as soon as it's available to me as I would rather have some protection from the virus killing my ageing immune system rather than none at all.

I've been having flu vacs for at least the last fifteen years, so far no problems. That's good enough evidence for me.

As for predictions from so called experts, it's only about twenty years or so that all the experts were telling us we were heading towards another ice age. Yet here we are and much of the same data is being used to provide "proof" of global warming.

It is your choice not to have the vaccine. However if everybody took your view we would be in an even worse pickle with the virus by now. Luckily there are millions who are prepared to do their bit to help get the virus under some semblance of control. So happy days.

I don't want to argue, but perhaps the medical community in the UK is more trustworthy than the one in America, where on average 250,000 people die per year from medical mistakes (more than auto accidents, violent crime, and firearms deaths combined). The fact that the same medical community is urging me to take a rushed, inadequately tested and potentially dangerous vaccine is not confidence inspiring.

Take it if you want, nobody's stopping you. In fact, anyone who wants it is welcome to my dose. As I said, the ChiCom flu has the same survival rate as the normal seasonal flu (I had it a year ago last December) and I'll continue to place my trust in my own tried and true immune system.

Yep no argument from me, it is all down to personal choices.

It is down to personal choice. But by not having a vaccine you are increasing the risk of getting covid and passing it on to others. There lies the problem, more people are going to die.

I’ve never known anyone my whole life who died from the flu. I know three people personally who have died from COVID the last year, and one who is 38 years old and on a vent right now. I’ll take my chances with a vaccine and conspiracy theories be damned

I also live in the same area as "DY". It is a hotbed ! of ignorance out here ! I have known of a number of people who have died of Covid in the last 6 months. They all seem to fit the same profile. These were individuals who had that attitude "I'm too tough to die ! "RIGHT". Good way to clean up the gene pool around here. Wife and I and everyone I associate with have either been vaccinated of are trying to get it done. I stay away from these ignorant hard heads. ...J.D.

I've never known anyone that died from the flu either. I've also never known anyone that's died from this ChiCom flu. The government has jacked the numbers up so badly, it's now hard to sort what is real and what isn't. However, if you've been paying attention, there are no longer any regular flu deaths anywhere; they're all being counted as ChiCom flu. Don't even get me started on co-morbidity issues.

Regarding people being put on ventilators: the hospitals in America are getting bonus money from the government for everyone that gets put on one, and numbers would suggest that being on the ventilator is a contributing factor to an increased death rate. Look deeper than what you're being told by the main stream media.

So, just out of curiosity for how many years have you worn a mask, social distanced, and kept yourself on house arrest for the regular flu season?

I have run across a number of these guys. They must get thier brain washed at the same laundry.Went in to the local wash rack here a couple of years ago. Thought I would be courteous and strike up a.conversation with the guy next to me drying his Harley. Before I knew it he was ranting about "the jets going overhead, leaving vapor trails was the government aerial spraying the population, etc, etc". Finished drying my bike as quickly as possible and left him there. For some reason this is fairly common around here. My neighbor on one side is one of these. ...J.D.

I’m not being told anything. This is what I’ve seen with my own eyes, and people I know. Again, I’ve NEVER in five decades had a friend or family member die from ANY flu until now.

And don’t even say “ the hospitals are calling any death COVID related”. You can call it turkey Tuesday Blues, but I’m seeing people die from it.
