    Arse holes round my way resurfaced a local road, but they didn't fill a few pot holes first. They just tarred over them so the pot holes are still there albeit tidier looking. Nobody seems to give a shit these days.
    Incidentally, a work mate once had an off after hitting diesel on the road. Looked into claiming and was told that if the spill had been reported before the accident, he could likely claim as the council knew about it therefore should have done something, a temporary sign for example. But because they didn't know about it, he had no chance. So on that logic, if the council are aware of the pot holes they could be held accountable?
