Barton Bike Night 2019

And so, we set off home and yet again I get caught out with a smoked visor on in the dark aaarrghh.
Crossed the Humber Bridge (free for motorcycles) and on towards Holme on Spalding moor at which point the heavens opened. Andy and I were in bike jeans so by the time we got home we were both thoroughly soaked although we all agreed we'd had a great time.

If you haven't been then I'd suggest you consider it next year?

Been to a local classic bike show recently and it amazes me at the number of classic bikes that are out there across the whole country. Most of the owners are in the senior citizen age group, which makes you wonder where they will all end up in a few years time? By the way looks like Barton was a great turn out.

Yes Wessa, John on the BMW has been a few years and said there was always a good variety of classics and modern.
Him and I were in business together in the 90s but lost touch after. Purely by chance we met again at Squires when he came to talk to who I was already talking to.
He said that the turn out is always good (No doubt subject to weather) hence we agreed to go.
To answer your question; No doubt some young inheriter will cash the bikes in to buy the latest iphone or some other fickle unnecessary shite.

Certainly well supported and even got a free warm Cornish pasty at the end when a stall was clearing stock

Certainly worth considering.
