Just a test in artificial light. Started the device using the app on the smartphone. You can see that the image being captured is visible on the phone. Fab.

Blimey DD, do you have a Quality Street addiction? You should cut back a bit before the waist-line balloons!

Once read an article about chinese scooters, think 16 year old kid transport not mods and rockers. The article said they were all built in the same factory. Top spec of quality got name A, next got B etc.
Quality control came down to who was paying the most.

So it may be that these aren't a million miles, quality wise, from Gopro or whatever.

    That’s an amazing nipple clamp.

I take it they sell them in pairs?

Hey DD, got mine now, as you say loads of clamps/accessories but the instruction manual is fecking tiny! Even with reading glasses on I am struggling to read any of it!

Had a wee trial run with it - I do find the image quite wobbly with the camera sitting on the handlebars.

Took photos and now have A4 size pages to read ... blind twat!
Now try as I might can't find the Wi-Fi bit in general settings, the manual says it should be 1st item in General settings, but on the menu on camera 1st item is Remote on/off .... WTF!
Did you manage to get yours to work on the Wi-Fi phone app thingy? (I know :confounded:).

If that fails - with mine it's the bottom one on the side. The screen will then say "connecting to WiFi..." Then you tap "connect" in the app.

Didn’t ask anyone else as I knew you had same camera mate!
Still a guru in my book though mate. Next job is to find a decent way to mount the camera on the race bike. Watch this space!

The Mk2 Bandit doesn't have the lower fork brace you mention, or at least mine doesn't, Matt the guy who had it before used to mount his camera on the right side of the upper engine as there is an unused upper fairing mount hole there, will have a look.
Don't matter where it is mounted it will look like Miss Daisy is riding as the only thing I have in common with Marquez is the racing number!

Just found this video on how to wi-fi pair your geekam (other go-pro copy cameras are avaiable and likely the same, just different name) to phone. Easy when someone tells you how.

Edit: Worked first time, now it won't :confounded::mad::tired_face:

Works great, but the wi-fi connection to the phone is utter shite. Not that I can see what great assistance that would be to the use! Generally I just bring it home, watch it on the TV then move onto YouTube, if it is any good.

Can't be arsed editing, etc, not my thing, just chuck it up on YouTube, if i do feel it's worth a share.

Still think for the money, it's a good buy. Taking it away with me next week on my Mini Run Roon Scotland, will see what comes back:D

That's an honest approach. Don't worry to much re you wifi connection being shite. I have a Drift Ghost HD and the wifi phone connection on that is also shite.... and the Drift was a lot more expensive than your £35 camera.......
