You can if you get the new Motad system like mine. Sounds brill and that's before you even take baffles out. It's made my midrange seriously quick with any jetting at all needed!. Eric

Tigcraft are you running with AI and all the sensors intact? Out of interest how much is the Motad and what are your thoughts on the build quality sound etc.

I can vouch for the excellent running of Eric's bike with those Motad exhausts. His machine is smooth and has loads of creamy torque - it's nearly as good as mine ;);):D

Fitted Motad silencers to my 2007 T100 last week.
Very well made, and easy to fit-took about 30 minutes.
Gives a better mid range without any rejetting.
At £249.50 best money I've spent on bike to date.

Tried to fit my second set of Motad silencers today (first pair had no brackets mounts welded on silencers). removed exhaust off bike fitted link pipe and the clamps they supplied are too big and also cannot fit the rubber for side stand stop, so have to send them back again! Now looking for other makes.

The silencers I fitted had no link pipes, they fitted direct onto front pipes. The Brackets supplied bolted onto the silencers
with bolts supplied, and the old stand bump stop fitted OK after removing the centre pin and squeezing the bump stop into the new bracket before replacing the pin. The one's I fitted are the ''pea shooter'' type. Sorry to hear you've had problems.

The bike is totally standard and the AI untouched. No price for my pipes as I did a special deal with Motad although they may be near £250 from what they told me.

They were the peashooter type, I thought the link pipe and silencer were supposed to be one unit too. Maybe t100 and mag wheeled Bonnie are different, showed on e-bay as one.

I'll wait till they do the reverse cone style I think. £250 would be a great price and one a tight norther bastard will be willing to pay. :)

Hi Eric, I think you probably meant to say along the lines of "an astute Northern purchaser would consider reasonable"

We are never "willing" to pay - ever! But we recognise the realities of life.

I bought a pair of these and am very happy with them :

£250 I don't think so !!! £73 the pair, brand new, for mine.

    Just sayin'.......................................

My sort of cost? You've done bloody well then although thinking about it you kinda are a frugal Yorkshire man so it's up to standard. E

I appreciate that it's not £0, but they were only £72 the pair ;)

    Hi Eric,

just wondering if you got around to doing this? I am looking at doing the exact same: removal of AI and 02 sensor, maybe getting a DNA filter as well, but keeping the original pipes. I reckon I will have to remap the ECU, so I ordered the VAG cable, but the whole process does seem a bit daunting.

No I've not got around to it yet Mischa, it will probably be a while yet but it's a future plan for the bike along with loads of other mods/upgrades :)
