2014 Speed Triple Rear Suspension Preload Setting?

Restored factory settings on Speed suspension, except rear preload I give it a couple of turns above standard for the rounder rider, I may add to the front also.
I took it for a quick test and, I like it, at least its not weird, so Ill wait for higher temps at the end of the week and tweek it more subtly and get the sag set once I know how it feels.
