If there is any doubt i would have thought the best thing to do is forget about any engine mods to the ECU for now and just enjoy the bike as it is :)

Would you have to put the AI and lambda sensors back in for that?

    Not sure.

I have received the rapid bike unit. Part of me says just go put it on. Then part of me says. ..355 quid...don't step into an unknown untested territory.

Well I shall package it and DHL it back tomorrow. I haven't read one user review on s3!!!!

You will get more fun from the bike with some sticky tyres and the suspension set up :)

Thanks PROB. The chap who does it for me is an ex honda factory racer. There are some nice roads near his place and he takes it for a spin to adjust everything in real time. Luckily he weighs same as me ;-). I have been going to him with all the bikes I've had in the past and he has never dissapointed me. At the moment she doesn't feel right.

Yesterday for the 1st time I took my new found love for a blast. Oh man.....the torque is mental. Last time I felt this rush was on my TLS some years ago. The throttle is very snatchy with torque. She responds instantly with a slightest movement of the throttle.

I was riding with couple a buddies on a gsxr 1000 n r6.....they were shocked. The low down and mid range is pure adrenaline. I have owned 1000 cc rocket ships but they were all screamers and all about top end. I am loving my bike and I'm so glad I made the right choice.

Thank you all for making this happen for me with all your advice and support :)
