2008 Bonneville Black Carb Issues

I am still trying to figure out how to remove and clean the idle jets.

This is what mine have; what looks like a tamper proof head.
I have noticed 4 very very small holes right where the butterfly valve touches the body, these are right above the idle jet location so pretty sure I have to get these out to get this all cleaned up.

I had to get the idle jets out with the special D tool in post 23. That and another good cleaning while on the bench. Now I just need to get 2 new bowl seals (T1241036) but they are still on back order from local dealer.
