That's better. Just waiting on a new cover gasket. Had to give the cable clamp a fettle with a file, some of the edges were quite sharp.

 

All buttoned up and back in action.

 

WTF! Who do I have to blow to catch a break?? Just got home from work and notice this as I'm locking up.

 

The annoying thing is, that seemed like the one place it wouldn't get by! No, I didn't ☹

 

I had failed to observe that the grommet wasn't seated correctly. This morning I have managed to tease it into the cutout properly Ride out to fill the tank, ready for work next week.
