Biglad is correct - the Newchurch was a special edition Bonneville in recognition of the Austrian town of Neukirchen, which hosts "Tridays" and changes it's name to the English - Newchurch for the event.

It's based on the standard Bonneville not the T100 - main difference 17" front and back alloy wheels as opposed to 19" front and 17" rear spoked wheels on the T100.

    Right I have news...

Completed all work with no drama,

    Airbox baffle removed
    Breather box added
    Filter in
    O2 sensor removed
    SAI sensor removed
Not sure if there was anything else but all done no dramas (except finding a 13mm spanner that could remove the silver pipes next to the spark plug, but removed in the end)

What I'm having a headache with is downloading the software. The information on what I need in the way of drivers and what the actual software is shit.

The process looks well documented and straight forward but finding the drivers for Windows 7 and the actual software is very poor!?

Could anyone who has done this shed some light?

    Thanks guys

I take it you've downloaded TTP 221 tune It should have come with all drivers you need. I downloaded ttp3 and had no probs whatsoever. Oh! Are you talking about drivers for the cable?? You are getting them off the TTP site? Once again it was easy for me, try calling them if you have a prob, I'm sure it's something simple.

    Hi,

Thanks for the feedback. I'm not crap with computers but I don't get it.
I have purchased the 2-1 stage 2. Gone to the site.
    Entered the code.
    Downloaded the file.
It then sends me a zip file with 4 or 5 documents, 1 being a PDF with a guide on.
On the guide it says I need 2 drivers.
    Cable and uploader.
There is an guide for Windows 7 on the site.

I Click on the link where it says download in blue.

    This then comes up.

Do I need all 3 drivers? This is where it gets confusing!?

How did you guys go about getting the correct file (s)?

How many drivers did you download?

Where did you get the files from?

Have you got any links to the Windows 7 drivers or screen shots of the files I should download?

The shop is closed for Easter

Thanks guys, you are a massive help!

forgot it was easter! For the cable, the driver I downloaded from their website was OBDUSBCDM v2.10.00WHQL note where it says "HERE" just above the price of the cable

    Untitled.jpg

I just tried it again, it said it had to be elevated then when I tried extracting it again it worked. use save and download or save as, cant remember which then save it to a folder of your choice. make sure the cable isn't connected. then try and open it, I click on it and a window comes up saying FTDI CDM Drivers and a button that says extract I click that, I then get a window asking me to let programme dp inst-amd64.exe to make changes to my computer, I click allow and get the driver installation wizard up. and from there on it installs.

    cable.jpg

as I said it all worked for me by clicking on the link. if it works for you , don't forget when you plug the cable in to the computer for the first time don't be connected to the internet , don't let the cable install any of its own drivers click on the one that you've downloaded from TTP site. I can't remember downloading any other ones unless when you open the map it downloads a driver. Really sorry but that's all Ive got, if it doesn't work at least they'll be open tomorrow.
