    I‘ll try it then, Jez.

Connemara is one of the few if not the only Irish Single Malts with a distinct peaty taste.
And it comes from one of my favorite Irish counties (Galway).

DD, have you tried Bushmills 10 year old? Seriously good stuff.

Anyway, I'm just getting my constitution up to speed for the GMU having been given a couple of bottles of JD, which I've honestly never tried before, so had a couple of snifters after I got home from w*rk. A bit sweet for me perhaps, but not at all unpleasant. And currently enjoying a dramgwydd (wee dram for those who don't speak Taff) of Penderyn Madeira Finish single malt which is from the Brecon Beacons distillery. A really pleasant tipple.

I just love some of those 'TCP' whiskies - some truly do remind you of the inside of a medicine cabinet. When I first started on whisky I could not stomach the heavily peated stuff. Now I can't get enough of it.

I used to really like Talisker Storm, but less so nowadays. No. 1 son and I had a single malt day last Saturday to celebrate his birthday; started with a bottle of Hattingley Valley English sparkling wine (recommended) to get us in the mood for lunch, then warmed up with a trip round the British Isles - Cardhu, various Penderhyn, Bushmills 10 and St Georges (Norfolk, and really nice), before an evening devoted to briney, smokey and peated - Bowmore 10, Laphroaig 10, Ardbeg 10 (up till then our very favourite) and finishing with Ailsa Bay from the new(ish) distillery in Girvan Ayrshire, and oh my, what a wonderful whisky and our new favourite. No. 1 son reckoned the first impression on the nose was smoked haddock, then we narrowed it down to Arbroath Smokies (kippers).

As for tyre pressures, I do have an 'expert's' views. I'll post in a bit.

As l sold some roof vents (the spinning ones) for $100 yesterday the missus is gonna treat me to a meal at Charlies Steak Ribs & Ale restaurant here in Branson, so l've found (after much research) that they have a micro brewery sourced IPA that will knock yer socks off & make you regret that "one for the road!"

One of my tipples a couple of nights ago in a Berlin bar :-

The two dark ales were not to my taste really but the rest were. I especially like the wheat
beer in Germany and look forward to my next trip there.

I'll just settle for a beer tonight, as I'm saving this one for a special occasion.
