Over the brecon beakons at the end of my street and to Llandovery for a coffee in the west end cafe which was Malcolm uphill s Sunday ride my wife was very brave coming out as she is petrified. But then asked when are we going again she finds it difficult getting her leg over, so do I but we are all getting older.
