OK I know it's a Triumph forum not a bloody Suzuki forum, that said I thought that you might like to see a few of the pics I took. To be fair the event isn't brilliant, the weather was playing it's part too, Torrential rain. high winds, and the occasional passing monsoon. Still it is summer so you've got to expect it haven't you.

I've always had Suzuki's, I think I was heavily influenced in that direction by Barry Sheene.

 

Where the hell did you get that from. Never heard of that, sounds good on headphones mind. Oh for the return of the glorious sound and smell of the 2 stroke motor.

 

It's amazing just how much our, "old bikes", fetch these days.

 

If only we all had crystal balls back then. My favourite Jap bike of all time has been, and probably always will be, the Z900 in these colours. To my eye, this bike has never been surpassed in the looks department. It just fits everything I like in a bike. For the interest of clarity, the love heart is for the bike Dawsy, and sadly not for you.

 

Well I've come back for round 2. A lot more people here today than yesterday. Here's a few more pictures. Phone pictures, so quality, not great.













Test rode, or rather test raced this. Why do the escorts always want to show you how fast they can go. Nice and comfortable, and no wind at all getting to you behind that screen.
