    Hi

Looking for some help, I cant find a haynes manual for my bike and I need a wiring diagram, preferably with colours :)

also, what is the best software to try and diagnose faults? bike runs but feels like a slight misfire so thinking coils or plugs but if I can plug in for a definitive answer it'll make my day :)

Hi Lawrie and welcome to the forum, first off here is a link for a free download to a comprehensive Triumph Daytona 600 2004 Service Repair Manual PDF Download (service-action.blogspot.com). I would suggest to first look at the rubber seals to coil plugs, these fail and let water in around the spark plugs, this can lead to misfires, and plugs rusting to the cylinder head, that would be my first port of call so to speak, start with the most simplistic cause first rather than thinking it is something more complex, it may well be it is more detailed, but a process of elimination via known machine faults is the sensible way forward, most of the time a volt meter will suffice, these are relatively cheap and have many function capabilities, the manual has fault codes to work with. The Daytona 600 is pretty reliable and vastly underrated, they have fantastic road holding and good performance, as was it's predecessor the TT600, the Daytona 650 is slightly more refined, a lot of people forget the Daytona 600 won the 2003 Junior TT (for Supersport 600 specification bikes) by Bruce Anstey on the factory-backed ValMoto Daytona 600.
