bit of a daft questions,i had the arrow 2 into 2 system fitted on my 900 thruxton on saturday,i opted for the baffle's OUT,after riding it a few time's i decided to fit the baffle's, will it need a remap for use with the baffle's in.

Not so daft! Have you had it remapped for the baffles out? since replacing the baffle have you done the TPS reset? start bike and let it idle for 7-10 mins? If you're worried have it dyno tested and see if anything needs doing.

just start her without using the throttle and let her idle for a few mins

Not saying that this will negate the need of a remap if it needs one but will reset things slightly.
What map have you got on the bike at the moment?

not sure, the arrow full system was fitted by a triumph dealer i suppose they done the appropriate remap for the system.

i thought baffle's out was the way to go.after taking it out a few time's i realised it was to loud,it's a lot louder than the tor's.i will probably pop into the dealers & book a remap with the baffle's fitted, it's to loud with baffle's removed & with them in it's not a lot difference than the standard silencer's, shame there's nothing in-between.

People have been known to drill holes in the baffles, progressively til they get the sound they like! If you find them too loud I'd recommend pinlocks earplugs:D

If a Triumph dealer fitted the system then why not ask them if you need a remap.
