Just seen this on the BBC news

Video shows an altercation between a car and a motorcyclist, I 'think' the car encroaches onto the motorcyles lane who then kicks out at the car, the car swerves to hit the motorcyclist and misses but instead collides with the crash barrier then takes out an innocent car which flips onto its roof...the biker rides off...

Biker should have just braked and avoided the conflict, both as bad as each other.
The car effectively tried to kill the biker, and in the end has written off their car and another 3rd party.

Well I'm not sure where the fault lies here tbh. I've watched it twice and what I see is a tiny movement to the left by the car; followed by the biker kicking out at the car.

In olden days a glimpse of stocking was looked on as something shocking, now heaven knows, anything goes.

On the continent, isn't lifting out your foot a sign of a greeting? I think the biker was just saying hello and the driver got annoyed by that. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

The driver should be tried for attempted manslaughter. Shocking display of temper.
