They do SJ, but they are usually two Conrods onto the same crankshaft position... so the pistons rise and fall at difference points in the rotation. However, if the crankshaft was split by 90 degs, they’d rise and fall together, like a traditional parallel twin...
Well that nameplate belongs on something coal or wood burning with reciprocating pistons and the bike looks like a steaming pile too.......
