Wanted: Speed Triple 955i Frame

Hello,
I am looking for a Speed Triple 955i frame with logbook, only interested in undamaged, HPI clear ones! It doesn't matter if it's tatty as I am going to paint it anyway but it must be straight.

Maybe... I have 2 Speed Triples. I bought the 1st one years ago, engine sized up on me on the way home... Bought the 2nd one, a wreck,to use it's engine. Later I rebuilt the first one's engine, and put it back. Over the years I collected all the parts to complete the 2nd bike. But the law changed recently about the categories of salvaged bikes and turned out they are not going to give me a V5C.... So now I have a complete, perfect bike in the garage but can't do anything with it.... So I need another frame to put everything on from the second bike....

I don't think so... I mean, if the bastards steal a bike, they won't be able to sell the frame and the engine either way.... At least not in one piece in the engine's case. Or that's what I thought... Still, there are a couple of frames on Ebay, without VIN numbers! Come on, what happened to the VIN???? Where is the police in these cases? They can't do anything unfortunately, and the rats know this...

 

Basically, yes. I wouldn't buy any of them, mostly not for £350.... They are offered as "projects" or for "track bikes"... It's quite interesting that nobody cares at the trackdays that who's riding what.... But anyways, heyho, that's life in the 21st century...
