Vac Bag

I used to use one when we had a garage that was fairly damp.
I'd put the bike in it with an Optimate connected as well.
It works well but does take a little bit of faffing around to work out the best way to get the bike into it in the right position.
I've still got it but don't use it now as the garage where we are now is nice and dry.

You can have it for nowt (no 5p charge for this plastic bag ).
Might be best to pick it up though as it's quite bulky and I would think the postage would be fairly high.
I'm in Lower Earley, Reading so not too far away.

I have purchased one of them there small dehumidifier type things, costs pennies to run and is adjustable to the conditions, bit like a thermostat only it is called a humidistat It cost about £80 a couple of years ago and does keep the garage nice and dry.

 

I had one of those as well, but my old garage was so damp it couldn't cope, it would fill up in about two days and the garage would still be damp.
I still run it in my current garage but now it only gets emptied out once a month or so.

 

I suppose it is the lesser of two evils, rusty bits or not?I know which I would prefer, and like I said they don`t cost a great deal to run and they only get used during the winter months.
