    Hi Guys

Looking for some help with tyres.

Can buy Avon tyres from Tyretec front and back for £199.00.

Garage in Coleshill wants £80.00 to fit them.

They will supply and fit for £278.00

Does anybody know of a cheaper route or do I have the wrong bike for cheap Tyres.

Wrong bike for cheaper tyres :D
It's the amount of time to take off the rear that does it. I just had mine done the mechanic had to take an exhaust off to get access to the axle bolt.
Triumph didn't think that one out very well.
If you can do it as loose wheels then you would save yourself some cash but that's just cutting out the taking off and putting back on of the rear wheel. It's a 2 person job tbh after seeing the mechanic doing it.

Are you talking Avon Cobra's ? Can't recommend enough, but they ain't cheap.
Don't buy cheap and spoil your bike for the sake of £50, buy a decent matching set, and as I say Cobra's are excellent cruiser tyre.
Been out today chasing a street triple in mixed conditions, didn't embarass myself on the America.

Learn how to take wheels off, do mine with the use of trolley jack and a few blocks of wood. I pay £10.00 to get a tyre fitted to a wheel. Look on Openeo for prices, they were by far the cheapest, especially if you select the slow delivery, which still only took 3 days from Germany.

Got to agree they are pricey the Cobras.
The only thing that keeps you upright is those black hoops that connect to the ground.
You should never ever penny pinch on tyres in my view.

    Cheers Guys

Got to have Avon Cobra on front and Avon 3DXM on back apparently.
Done a deal with Staffordshire Triumph and they will fit back for free and charge for front.

I will supply tyres from Tyretec which will cost around £200.00.
When I bought he bike the back was squared off and they agreed to fit a tyre and only charge for tyre,so I have reworked this to my advantage I think!!!!!.:)
