    Afternoon all,

I've encountered a few issues on the Twin since it's been stood for a little while. Given we were all locked up for best part of 18 months, the bike didn't get the run its used to for the best part of 12 months. I used it for a few nipping about town trips, but I was commuting 30-40 miles a day on it before March 2020.

I've got a fairly consistent issue which feels like a dip in power in the first 1/4 turn of the throttle, which feels a little like a lack of fuel entering the engine, which started after being stood still. The bike has done about 17000 miles, and in an attempt to try and solve the issue I've done the following:

    - put in new plugs
    - full oil change with new oil filter
    - put in an aftermarket DNA air filter and removed the snorkle
    - a full coolant change
    - added a TEC Parts cat delete x-pipe
    - had an injector clean up at Victor Motorcycles in Bristol (who I would highly recommend, by the way)
    - added a BoosterPlug, which I have since removed as it seemed to be exacerbating the issue. It's running better without the plug but not 'normal'

Despite all this, I'm still getting the same issue. I've been making an assumption that it's a fuel supply issue, bolstered by the removal of the Booster Plug, but I've recently had an error code coming up suggesting there's an issue with the coolant sensor.

Has anyone come across a similar issue? And how much would a faulty coolant sensor/thermostat contribute to such an issue?

    Cheers,

    Tom
