If the problem has been reported while the bike was within its warranty period make sure you insist it is treated as a warranty claim, stating that the problem has never been resolved to your satisfaction.
If you get no satisfaction, it may be worth paying for an independent assessment which could be used to force Triumph to accept responsibility and avoid any bad publicity.
