So first time on here. Here goes.
Got new to me 2001 Bonnie with only 300miles on the clock.
So as it has been standing for some time, no surprise running rough.
Cleaned carbs, removed Ai, running better but flat spot going up hill.
    Cleaned carbs again, samething.
    Removed snorkel, running fine.
Question is how best to adjust air flow or get rid of flat spot without removing snorkel.
    Thanks in advance.

The very first thing I would do is to remove the snorkel, as it is tremendously restrictive. I would remove the snorkel and the air filter and go for a test ride to evaluate the difference.

Removed the snorkel and is running well. Do you think I should up the jets.

I would just change the air filter for a k&n

And in your opinion, is it running well enough for you?

These bikes have loads of tuning options, it just depends how much you need/want?
