Trident Trident side stand

Bought a second hand Trophy 1200 side stand to replace the stock one on my Trident 900, which
appears to be made of rubber!

Rubber is not the preferred material for propping up motorcycles I am led to believe! Replacement is therefore a most sensible option!!

That would not have been a sensible purchase!
