I plan to change the front brake pads on my 2015 Tiger sport 1050. Anyone know of any difficulties or problems I may come across?

Sometimes I forget and pull the brake lever while the pads are off...don't do this.

if the Allen key starts to slip in pins after a dose of penetrating fluid, you may be able to grip pin along its length using good quality mole grips or similar to get movement.

My experience is that I have done it loads of times on a car. I am hoping it will be the same. I will be in touch if not.

    Thanks for your help

I would say my Mechanical skills are around the the 7 = 8 nark but I often find I don't have the right tool.

Good advice from DD - I rounded off the hex head on one off the pins on my T100 and had to drill it out and the same with my SE on the rear. It is a right royal pain in the arse! o_O
