Terrible Noise

Hi I have just rebuilt my T595 as it was making a horrible noise. I discovered the sprag clutch had commited suicide so I changed that and figured the spring parts I removed from the sump were the culprit. I also changed the fuel pump and filter, Fuel Lines, Spark Plugs, Coils, Air Filter, Cam Chain, Cam Chain Tensioner all the vacuum hoses and all new coolant hoses. I figured while I had it stripped I may as well do everything. Now I have put it all back and it sounds like the crank is falling out of the bottom still, its the same noise as before. Talk about p'ed off. Could the crank be buggered as a result of the sprag clutch springs failing and metal getting into the big ends?
