I've had the "R" I wasn't happy was replaced with an "S" and some goodies by Triumph so,
I know and you know I'm a fussy fecker ,
but what where Triumph thinking regarding the Triumph tank stickers! the new bike is red and the stickers are impossible to clean and polish in between.
Have any others had this problem and are old type "flat" stickers available?
As I'm thinking off taking them off!

Hadn't thought about cleaning the tank when I looked at the new decals and thought "they are PROPER smart"!

    Finish it lovely I think.

I feel your pain. Detailing spray and microfiber with minimal rubbing to avoid swirls...

    Cotton buds if you must....

I stopped bothering me after a few rides.

    What goodies did you get?

First thing I thought of when I saw them.....
The voice of experience speaking, had the same problem on my Ducati Multistrada before I got rid. The dust caught in the corners eventually ends up spoiling the paintwork around it causing tiny scratch marks.
Triumph following the trend 'cos it's easier/cheaper in manufacture.
Trouble is replacing with flat decals won't look right unless you re-lacquer over the top for a proper factory look. (IMO)
