T595 Head Gasket

The Triumph manual says that you should remove the liners and reseal them when you take the head off (they’re sealed at the bottom with Hylomar) however, I’ve heard of quite a few people who have left them alone and everything has been fine.
Thing is, you’ll never know for sure if the seal has been disturbed when the head is removed so you take the risk of a water leak into the sump.
I’m just about to change the HG on my 955i and I don’t think I’ll be taking that risk!
