I'm recommissioning my T595 after its been in storage for a decade. All going well except after I sealed the tank, replaced the complete fuel pump assembly. Aftrwards, the bike ran for five minutes on a paddock stand, but it died after only 200m on the road. There's fresh fuel, a new battery and it turns over well but doesnt fire since it died on the road. Theres fuel circulating back to the tank...so I'm thinking old hose particles could be now be blocking the injectors...doe anyone have any other suggestions?

Yes you could have answered your own question Also try starting with the fuel cap open. Have a good look for any leaks around the rubbers mounting the carbs. Keep us all in the know

Could it possibly be an electrical issue? Have you checked for any fault codes and checked all of the fuses? Failing that I would probably re-check your fuel pump installation inside the tank.

Yes Michael. think you have to clean out the injectors again. Also see the colour of the plugs. Check like TRIPLE X said all connections around the headstock and ignition. And around the side stand switch and the unit in the clutch lever. Sorry mate this is one you will just have to keep working at till we get it sorted.
