Don't know if this has been covered before if so I appologise.

I recently changed my Sprint for a 2007 T100, which came with only one steering lock key.

Went down to my local key cutter for a copy, but the key blank he cut would not even fit in the lock, so went back, got a refund and he said it was the only similar blank he had.

I had the code so thought I would get a triumph one pre cut, well at my age they probably wouldn't give me a mortgage to cover the cost £33.18, WTF? it was only £33.25 for a new lock with 2 keys. It was over £12 for a blank.

After some searching I found the code for the equivalent blanks from suppliers. I ordered one from eBay, £3.99 incl p&p and went back to my local key cutter who cut it for £3.00, result.

The key code for 2006-2010 T100 is APPARENTLY Silca ZD7, ERREBI ZA5, JMA ZA-12, ILCO ZD7-S1.

I know the Errebi works because that is the one I got.

    Hope this helps someone

Had the same problem with my '06 T100 after riding off with the key in the lock of the top box on the same key ring as the steering lock key. 100 miles later it was no longer there . . . Tried the local key-cutting shop, but although their book listed the blank for the Triumph steering lock, the actual key when cut didn't fit. Then I noticed that Triumph use Neiman locks, the same as fitted to Italian bikes of the 70s. So I got a ZA-1 (JMA branded) key cut. This was the correct profile, but only fitted part way into the lock. However, a little filing on the underside of the key did the trick. I got two cut for a tenner.
