Does anybody know the correct coolant change procedure on a 17 plate T100. My expansion tank is very low and I am unable (even from Triumph themselves) to get the OEM coolant. The current coolant in the bike is Green in colour and I assume it's from factory. I started looking around to get as close to the OEM specification and found that most types is Red in colour hence me wanting to drain what's in there and change completely. I got Motul factory line organic plus, also Red in colour. Is there an air lock drain or is it simply to drain from the lowest point possible and then fill up slowly to prevent air locks? Any advice greatly appreciated.

I’d be tempted to simply top up the expansion tank, the amount of water you’ll be adding is small and won’t affect the concentration of the coolant to a detrimental effect. Can’t help with the change procedure if that’s what you end up doing.

Hi Jez/Yorkshireman, Thank you for your replies. I will take a look however the soonest via Ebay will be weeks. I can't tell you how this ticks me off, our brand new Triumph dealership stock Castrol and it is also Red. They do not have the Triumph AOT coolant type.
