T-bird 900 '02 Handlebar change

Hello

New to forum, just picked up my long desired Triumph Thunderbird, first thing I need to do is change out the handlebars for some renthals.

Does anybody have any tips/tricks/things to know before I start, or know of any guides online from people who already did it?

Thanks for the advice, I've see that video, his videos are awesome.
He did it on a Bonny so was wondering if the fittings are the pretty much the same for a Tbird?
