be out to the garage and decided to set the suspension to comfort (old man)
Rear compression is standard set to road, comfort is 23 clicks from full clock wise, mine only goes 21 clicks???

It's 23 clicks, Ohlins suspension. It's the manual that came with it.
I've emailed triumph, see what they say?

Just had a reply from Triumph.

If you have a concern with your suspension adjustment, we would advise that you return your bike to your dealer so that they can offer advise on your concern.

About a helpful as a kick in the ass

    May be it's a misprint.
This is what is in the manual for the 2015 SpeedII.

We should be able to download the owners manual off the Triumph web site but just tried and it's not playing for me at the moment.
I think suspension for the R is supposed to be unchanged on the new model (but that's not to say there are minor tweaks they think no one would notice)

Forgot I'd downloaded the 2016 manual a few months back, and yep says what you say.

Also noticed some of the pictures are of the previous model......
I wonder if the downloads are unavailable 'cos they're out for corrections.
Or may be the server's overloaded with the upcoming T weekend.

Hmm those settings are completely different to my hand book, I think the suspension is the same unit on 2015 & 2016 model
