Here are the parts I have to work with, the gas tank is at the body shop getting a coat of epoxy prime, a set of TT pipes I didn't put in the picture, they are still wrapped in bubble wrap, not much to see.
The frame is a 1965 T6, (I stole the tins for my TR6SS) the engine is a 1969 TR6R Tiger, (I stole the single carb head for the TR6SS, lots of Bonneville heads available but couldn't find a single carb one). The plan is to build a street tracker like this one, well similar anyways, this one is a 1979. I like the color scheme. What do you think?

Wow , the steering geometry ! That would be a nightmare . It would turn very quickly , possibly be unpredictable.!?!?

I like the "minimalistic" look of bikes like that.

Excellent choice and a great looking bike :) you will be amazed at what a little saving in weight does :) even my standard 66 TT feels light compared to a standard T120R.

Thanks for the thumbs up, I already have a 1959 BSA Spitfire, which doesn't have quite the power of the Triumphs but is my favorite bike to ride.

I had a 1956 A10 Plunger when I was 17, so it that bike brings back a lot of
    memories.

Today I had the fun task of lacing a new rim to the rear hub, not really that hard, just tedious. I can now start assembling the bike. Still waiting for some parts, so it might be a slow build.

Changed the wheel bearings in the front wheel, no snap ring on one side and no retainer on the other, hard to believe the work done by some people, hope he wasn't riding it like that. So now I have to wait for the snap ring and the retainer, probably a week by mail, I get parts from the UK faster then the next province, so I put the engine in the frame a little earlier then planned.

Some parts showed up today, so I finished the front wheel, now i have good start on the bike. Have to see if the gas tank is epoxy primed and start thinking about paint. Still missing the p-clamps for the handle bars, ordered December 16, 2021.Tracking says they're on the way. I ordered a shifter for for my BSA Spitfire in November of 2020, it showed up in June 2021. lol
