I just bought a 2012 Bonneville last week, great day. A Black and Graphite with a gold stripe. Awesome Bike! I already have a Honda Valkyrie which is a great bike however it is a little big for dipping in and out of traffic in NYC. So the Bonneville is almost completely stock. I don't want to do anything drastic, just make it my own. It came with a center stand and a small rack/grab rail. I'm going to replace the mirrors with bar end mirrors. I got a small faring. I've seen a seat that I like from Omegaracing however I have to see if they make one for my specific model year. I'm a big guy 6'2" I would like to upgrade the suspension and would welcome suggestions. Or any other suggestions you may have.

I my opinion, one of the best things you can do is upgrade the front brake. Not just the pads. I replaced the whole caliper. Made a world of difference in how much I enjoyed riding the bike. I would think this would be even more so in city traffic. ...J.D.

Do show us all some pictures or do your build in the rebuilds and restorations sections. And welcome to the family.
