Starting/idle problems

Hello everyone

New to the forum been reading different posts for a few days now got my self tunecu.
I have a 1999 955i daytona I bought it as a non starter project.
Well I have tried to attach my Bluetooth obd cable but the power wire of the harness is hanging out does anyone know which hole thus wire belongs in??
Also I have a starting problem the bike will only start if I hold the throttle open if I release it the bike stalls any ideas what to check??

Any help would be great I'm a auto electrician so im confident with electrics but this is my first project so just wanted some advice before I attempt anything.
